Your Challenge as Test Coordinator
At Blyce, we create software solutions that support governments in Small Island Developing States (SIDS) such as Curaçao, Bonaire, Aruba, Anguilla, Grenada, and St. Kitts & Nevis. Our mission is to drive the digital transformation of public services—and we take pride in the meaningful impact our work makes.
As Test Coordinator, you play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality of our extensive and complex applications—systems that are essential to our clients’ digital progress. Your work involves conducting detailed manual testing with a sharp eye for quality and a deep commitment to reliability.
In this role, leadership is key. You guide and mentor a team of 1 to 3 testers, empowering them to deliver their best work. You coordinate tasks such as risk analysis, test planning, and reporting, all while maintaining a clear overview of quality across the project. With strong communication skills in both Dutch and English, you provide well-reasoned advice to project managers and articulate your insights with confidence.
