Job description
Your Challenge as Test Coordinator
Our software solutions have been developed to support our international government clients in Small Island Development States (SIDS), including Curaçao, Bonaire, Aruba, Anguilla, Grenada, and St. Kitts & Nevis. We take pride in our contribution to the digital transformation of the public sector. Your core responsibility? Conducting detailed manual tests on our intriguing, extensive, and complex applications, which form the foundation for our clients' digital transformation. Your attention to detail and pursuit of top quality make all the difference.
But wait, there's more. As Test Coordinator, you lead a team of 1 to 3 testers. You coach, guide, and motivate them to achieve the best results together. Taking responsibility is in your DNA. Coordinating tasks such as conducting risk analyses, creating test plans and reports are also part of your job. You communicate fluently and professionally, both in Dutch and English. You articulate your viewpoints clearly and provide advice to the project manager.
In short, it's a dynamic role full of responsibility and challenges! Your goal? Ensuring the quality of product and team.
Your Team
As our Test Coordinator, you are part of a young, international, and multidisciplinary product team. Together, you work on delivering the product and be involved in every step of the project. Additionally, you are part of our Test Team, consisting of 17 colleagues spread across the Netherlands, Curaçao, Suriname, Colombia, Poland, and Canada. Here, we share knowledge and passion for testing to elevate the organization's standards.

- An excellent gross salary between ANG 5,740 to 9,650 per month (based on experience and full-time employment on Curaçao);
- A one-year contract followed by an indefinite contract when we are the perfect match;

- A variable gross compensation of an extra month's salary per year, paid monthly;

Job requirements
What do we need from you?
- You have an HBO work- and thinking level;
- You have work experience as a tester and experience with coordinating tasks;
- You have an ISTQB or TMAP certificate;
- A Test Manager certificate is a plus;
- You reside in Curaçao or the Netherlands (with Rotterdam or Deventer being easily accessible for you)
- We work in multidisciplinary and cultural teams; you communicate effortlessly in English and Dutch.
