Job description
Your Challenge as a Senior Product Owner
As a Senior Product Owner, you are responsible for managing the product backlog for multiple clients, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring that the development team produces high-quality software that meets the requirements and expectations of clients. You ensure features remain aligned with business priorities, thereby reducing the risk of budget overruns and delivery delays.
Your responsibilities include:
Strategic Product Leadership
Provide input to establish and maintain the product vision alongside the Product Manager
Assist in developing product roadmaps with a 1–3-year planning horizon
Ensure teams understand product vision, business objectives, and client needs
Backlog & Prioritization Management
Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog aligned with product vision and multiple client needs
Perform intake of new product backlog items
Prioritize based on value, impact, job size, time criticalness, and opportunity enablement
Collaboration & Delivery
Work closely with development teams to ensure backlog items are well-understood and delivered on time with high quality
Partner with the Delivery Coordinator to resolve impediments
Collaborate with Product Management on strategic decision-making
Conduct solution demos for stakeholders
User-Centered Approach
Conduct user interviews and research to understand needs and pain points
Apply research methodologies and synthesize findings into actionable insights
Distinguish between feature requests and underlying user needs
Design and optimize platform onboarding processes
Performance & Continuous Improvement
Measure and analyze solution performance
Assess solution limitations and recommend improvements
Stay updated on industry trends, AI, emerging technologies, and best practices
Continuously improve processes, methods, and systems
Your Team
You’ll be part of our Product Design unit, working closely with the Product Management team, Delivery Coordinators, and multidisciplinary development teams.
Your collaboration ensures that the product vision remains clear, the backlog is well-prioritized, and that every release brings meaningful impact.
Job requirements
What You Bring
5+ years as a Product Owner and/or Lead, and/or Business Analyst.
C1 Professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
Track record of defining and tracking product metrics
Experience with platform onboarding and user adoption strategies
Background in regulated industries or public sector is highly preferred
Demonstrated entrepreneurial initiatives or projects
