The role
As a Senior Implementation Project Manager at Blyce, you take full ownership of multiyear, complex software implementations at government clients. You drive delivery from initiation through go-live and stabilization, ensuring our solutions create real impact within the client organization.

You are not a technical architect and you do not need to be. You understand IT well enough to ask the right questions, make solid decisions, and guide client and teams toward pragmatic outcomes. Your strength lies in leadership, stakeholder alignment, and creating momentum in complex environments.

You know when to apply structure and when flexibility delivers better results. You stand firm when needed, but you also understand how to operate within political and organizational dynamics.

Key responsibilities 

• Own and drive end-to-end delivery of Blyce platform implementations.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams across Blyce and client organizations.

• Translate client goals into realistic implementation strategies.

• Manage scope, planning, risks, budgets, contract management, and compliance.

• Build strong working relationships across government organizations.

• Drive adoption, alignment, and sustainable delivery results.

• Act as the primary delivery lead and trusted partner for clients.

• Contribute to improving Blyce’s delivery approach and collaboration between product and implementation teams.

Your profile 

• 10+ years of experience leading IT implementations or digital transformation projects.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English.

• Experience working with software products or platform implementations is a strong advantage.

• Strong understanding of IT projects without needing to be deeply technical.

• Familiar with structured project management approaches and Agile delivery practices, and able to apply structure pragmatically rather than by the book.

• Confident personality with strong social awareness and stakeholder sensitivity.

• Able to stand your ground while integrating naturally into client organizations.

• Experience in government, tax, or social domains is a plus.

• Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for outcomes.

• You are flexible and willing to travel to client locations when required.

 Compensation & Benefits 

• A competitive gross monthly salary between Cg. 11.000 and Cg. 13.600 (based on experience and full-time employment on Curaçao).

• 23 vacation days, with the option to buy or sell 8 additional days each year.

• 8.33% vacation pay.

• A gross variable compensation equivalent to an extra month’s salary per year, paid out per month.

• A gross fixed expense allowance of XCG 500 per month.
