Job description
Your Challenge as a Product Owner
As a Product Owner, you are responsible for managing the product backlog, collaborating with business stakeholders, and ensuring that the development team produces high-quality software that meets the requirements and expectations of clients. You ensure features remain aligned with business priorities, thereby reducing the risk of budget overruns and delivery delays.
Your responsibilities include:
Provide input to establish the product vision and assist in developing the product roadmap
Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog aligned with product vision and client needs
Structure products starting from problems - identify solutions, internal capabilities, functionalities, and prioritization
Work closely with development teams to communicate requirements and understand technical feasibility
Conduct user interviews and research sessions, applying methodologies to synthesize findings into actionable insights
Distinguish between feature requests and underlying user needs
Map and optimize customer journeys to improve product experience
Collaborate with the Delivery Coordinator to address impediments
Define and measure solution outputs, establishing tracking mechanisms for success
Conduct market research to identify opportunities and validate product direction
Collaborate with delivery coordinators on sprint planning, lead refinement sessions
Ensure all product decisions align with delivering maximum value and measurable impact
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
Remain updated on Information Security policies and integrate them into daily work
Your Team
You’ll be part of our Product Design unit, working within the Product Management department. Together with Product Managers, Delivery Coordinators, and development teams, you’ll translate strategic goals into actionable solutions.

Job requirements
What You Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
Agile certifications such as CSPO or SAFe PO/PM are a plus
3–5+ years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role.
Professional proficiency in English (both written and verbal)
Proven success in solving real problems through digital products or features
Experience in Agile environments
Preferably a background in GovTech, InsurTech, pensions, or public systems
Strong skills in user-centered design, journey mapping, backlog management, and BPMN
Experience in user research and working closely with users
Ability to communicate effectively with developers and understand technical constraints
Proven ability to define and track product success metrics
