Working closely with our product teams, you uncover critical performance needs and translate them into smart, actionable test approaches. With your deep technical expertise, strong analytical mindset, and hands-on experience with tools like JMeter, Gatling, or Locust, you identify bottlenecks, optimize scalability, and ensure our solutions perform at their best.

What we offer:

• A competitive gross monthly salary between €4.500,- and €6.500,- depending on experience (based on full-time employment in the Netherlands);

What you bring to the team

• A degree in Computer Science or a related field;

• At least 8+ years of experience as a Performance Tester;

• An ISTQB or TMap® Suite Test Engineer certification, or equivalent experience applying its methodologies;

• Hands-on experience with tools such as JMeter, Gatling, Locust, or similar;

• Knowledge of test automation is a plus;

• ISTQB Performance Testing certification is an advantage;

• Strong analytical and technical skills;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in English (Dutch is a plus).
