Manager Finance & Operations Control

Blyce is looking for a Finance Manager who not only oversees financial administration but also takes responsibility for operations control (business control). In this key role, you are responsible for accounting, taxation, financial & management reporting, compliance, and process optimization. You work closely with the management team and contribute to strategic decision-making.

Your Responsibilities 

• Financial Leadership: Leading the Finance team and ensuring the financial health of the organization.

• Operations Control: Developing management information, KPI reports, and analyses to support operational and strategic decisions.

• Budgeting & Forecasting: Preparing and monitoring budgets, forecasts, and financial scenarios.

• Compliance & Audit: Ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting internal and external audits.

• Process Optimization: Initiating improvement projects and automation within financial and operational processes.

• Strategic Support: Acting as the financial conscience of the organization and advisor to the management. 
   

What we offer 

• A competitive gross monthly salary between XCG 9,020 and 12,000 (based on experience and full-time employment on Curaçao);

• 23 vacation days, with the option to buy or sell 8 additional days each year;

• 8.33% vacation pay;

• A gross fixed expense allowance of XCG 500 per month;

What we need from you 

• A completed Bachelor’s degree (HBO/WO) in Finance, Business Economics, or Accountancy.

• At least 10 years of relevant experience, including leadership responsibilities.

• Experience in business control or project control.

• Experience with complex international structures.

• Strong analytical skills and experience with Excel, Power BI, and preferably AFAS.

• A plus if you have experience in accounting, compliance, and (international) taxation / transfer pricing.

• Excellent command of Dutch and English.

• You live in Curaçao or are willing to relocate to Curaçao
