Your Challenge as HR & Office Operations Specialist (parttime)
As HR & Office Operations Specialist, you support our close-knit Medellín team and help drive their growth and engagement. From onboarding and talent development to HR processes and office management, you are the trusted point of contact, collaborating closely with HR colleagues from our international offices as well as multicultural teams, including managers and management. With your positive energy, empathy, and structured way of working, you ensure a professional environment, excellent employee experience and great team spirit.

Key Responsibilities
Talent Development & Coaching
Act as a coach and advisor for employees regarding personal growth and career development.
Identify development needs and organize relevant training sessions or programs.
Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure smooth integration.
Work on employee engagement and retention strategies.
HR Operations & Administration
Oversee proper execution of onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain employee data and ensure accurate HR administration.
Prepare and manage employment contracts (new hires, extensions, service agreements).
Manage the payroll process in collaboration with our external partner.
Manage vacation, training requests and expense claims.
Coordinate with external partner on labor-related matters, payroll, and HR policies.
Manage visa renewal requests in collaboration with our external partner and ensure timely submission.
Office Management
Main contact for WeWork (contracts, office access, workspace management).
Ensure the office is well-equipped and functional.
Organize internal meetings, events, and team activities.

A part-time position for 24 hours, providing great work-life balance. (more hours can be discussed)
An excellent gross starting salary between 9,700,000 COP and 13,000,000 COP per month, with annual growth opportunities. (based on experience)
An indefinite contract.
Enjoy 14 vacation days, with the possibility to buy or sell 5 additional days annually.
A variable gross compensation, equal to 8.33% of your monthly basic salary, paid monthly (Auxilio de alimentación).
A fixed gross expense allowance (Auxilio de movilización).
An annual variable reward based on company results.

Job requirements
What do we need from You?
6+ years of experience in a similar role.
Professional English (C1) and Spanish proficiency is required; Dutch is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, (Business) Psychology or a related field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
You recognize yourself in this:
