About the role

At Blyce, you lead your development team and work closely with different stakeholders, playing a key role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of high-quality software products. As a Delivery Teamlead, you are the driving force behind successful delivery, ensuring that every sprint, every release, and every milestone meets the highest standards.

This role is all about ownership. You maintain a clear overview of progress, quality, and planning, and ensure that your team stays aligned and focused in a fast-paced environment. You understand that great project management is more than planning alone. It’s about anticipating risks, making decisions, communicating clearly, and never compromising on quality.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead your development team and ensure alignment across stakeholders

  • Coordinate and facilitate Disciplined Agile/Scrum working methods, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

  • Monitor progress, timelines, and delivery quality

  • Identify risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, and act proactively

  • Manage stakeholder communication and expectations

  • Safeguard the quality of releases and advise on go/no-go decisions

  • Drive continuous improvement within delivery processes

Job requirements

What you bring to the team

  • Academic education level or equivalent working/thinking ability;

  • 7+ years of experience in project or delivery leadership roles in software development environments;

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Dutch and English;

  • Deep technical understanding is an advantage;

  • Experience with project management and agile methods.

What we offer:

  • A competitive gross monthly salary between XCG 7.000,- and XCG 10.000,- depending on experience (based on full-time employment on Curaçao);

  • 23 vacation days, with the option to buy or sell 8 additional days each year;

  • 8.33% vacation pay;

  • A gross variable compensation equivalent to an extra month’s salary per year, paid out per month;

  • A gross fixed expense allowance of XCG 500,- per month;
