Your Challenge as a Brand & Marketing Manager

Are you ready to shape the future of Blyce as our Brand & Marketing Manager? Join us at our offices in Curaçao or Medellín (Colombia) and play a pivotal role in driving Blyce's brand and marketing strategy forward. You will be responsible for enhancing our brand's visibility, delivering impactful content, and leading marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.

Your mission? To develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, build a strong and cohesive brand identity, and support the growth of Blyce's unique software solutions in the B2G (business-to-government) space. You will work closely with a talented marketing team to drive offline and online campaigns, while also overseeing the creation of content that showcases our culture, values, and mission.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Marketing Strategy

  • Co-create and refine a marketing strategy that addresses the needs of our four key audiences: current clients, future clients, current colleagues, and future colleagues.

  • Create content strategies that elevate Blyce’s reputation as a top employer and the preferred technology partner for governments in revenue administration and compliance.

Team Leadership & Project Management

  • Guide the Brand & Marketing team to foster collaboration and high performance.

  • Oversee team deliverables, ensuring campaigns and materials meet quality standards.

  • Lead marketing projects such as annual events, website updates, and storytelling initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and clear communication.

  • Coordinate cross-functional meetings to align teams and achieve objectives.

Content Creation & Management

  • Drive a constant-on marketing engine by actively creating, curating, and delivering high-quality, brand-aligned content across all channels and touchpoints.

  • Ensure content reflects Blyce’s culture, values, and mission in global digitization efforts.

  • Develop offline marketing materials while supporting online marketing strategies.

  • Manage the social media calendar and community engagement.

Brand Development

  • Strengthen Blyce’s brand identity through consistent messaging and storytelling.

  • Align all marketing materials with Blyce’s vision and strategic objectives.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work with internal teams, vendors, and agencies to execute campaigns seamlessly.

  • Collaborate with sales to meet account-based marketing goals.

  • Use data-driven insights to evaluate performance and refine strategies.

We Offer an Attractive Benefits Package Including:

  • A competitive gross monthly salary between COP 19,940,800 and COP 21,300,400 (based on experience and full-time employment in Medellin);

  • An indefinite contract.

  • Enjoy 23 vacation days, with the possibility to buy or sell 8 additional days annually.

  • A variable gross compensation of an extra month's salary per year, paid monthly (Auxilio de alimentación).

  • A fixed gross expense allowance (Auxilio de movilización).

  • An annual variable reward based on company results.

  • A hybrid work model – 3 days from home, 2 days in the office (full-time basis). We are located at Wework, on Av. El Poblado.

Job requirements

What We Need From You

Experience:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing leadership role, ideally with exposure to B2G audiences, complex products, or software solutions.

  • Affinity with offline marketing while maintaining foundational knowledge of online marketing as a sparring partner for specialists.

  • HBO degree in Marketing, Commercial Economics, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional English proficiency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in professional design and content creation tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.)

  • Experience with account-based marketing.

  • Interest in software, IT, government processes, or taxation solutions.

  • Customer Orientation: Deep understanding of customer needs, especially in the public service sector, with a focus on tailoring campaigns to meet those needs.

  • Creativity & Problem-Solving: Innovative thinker capable of devising unique approaches to complex challenges.

  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing content and campaigns to ensure alignment with quality standards.

  • Written Expression: Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt language and style for diverse audiences.
