Your Challenge as a Brand & Marketing Manager

Are you ready to shape the future of Blyce as our Brand & Marketing Manager? Join us at our offices in Curaçao or Colombia (Medellín) and play a pivotal role in driving Blyce's brand and marketing strategy forward. You will be responsible for enhancing our brand's visibility, delivering impactful content, and leading marketing initiatives that resonate with our target audience.

Your mission? To develop and execute innovative marketing strategies, build a strong and cohesive brand identity, and support the growth of Blyce's unique software solutions in the B2G (business-to-government) space. You will work closely with a talented marketing team to drive offline and online campaigns, while also overseeing the creation of content that showcases our company culture, values, and mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Co-create and refine a marketing strategy that aligns with company goals.

  • Display an innate curiosity and ability to grasp the uniqueness of our software solutions and the intricacies of revenue management and compliance in public services.

  • Lead and coordinate the Brand & Marketing team's daily work to cultivate a collaborative, high-performance work environment.

  • Coordinate campaigns with internal teams, vendors, and agencies for seamless execution, including managing timelines, deliverables, and resources.

  • Maintain and guide the brand’s strength through ongoing development and adaptation.

  • Oversee the end-to-end process of creating, curating, and delivering brand-aligned commercial content.

  • Deliver content that highlights the organization's core values, culture, work environment, and employee satisfaction.

  • Enhance internal communication channels and content.

  • Lead social media plan/calendar and related community management.

  • Remain continuously updated on Blyce Information Security policies, processes and procedures, making this standard an integral part of your daily work activities.

We Offer an Attractive Benefits Package Including:

  • Compensation: An excellent gross starting salary between ANG 7,800 and 10,500 per month, with annual growth opportunities. (based on experience and full-time employment on Curacao).

  • Contract: A one-year contract, transitioning to indefinite when we’re the perfect match.

  • Vacation: 23 vacation days, with options to buy or sell 8 additional days annually.

  • Extra compensations: 8.33% vacation pay per year, a variable reward equivalent to one month's salary and a fixed gross expense allowance of ANG 500,- per month.

Job requirements

What We Need From You

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing leadership role, ideally with exposure to B2G audiences, complex products, or software solutions.

  • Affinity with offline marketing while maintaining foundational knowledge of online marketing as a sparring partner for specialists.

  • Study background in Marketing, Commercial Economics, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Professional English proficiency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with account-based marketing and familiarity with tools like HubSpot.

  • Interest in software, IT, government processes, or taxation solutions.
